Getting Started With CopyWrite 1.62

   1. Browse to the administrative login: https://www.domain.com/cms
       NOTE: Substitute your website for www.domain.com
   

       Enter in your login information (username is your email address)   
       Click Login

 

   

      – If you do not remember your password, click the “forgot your password” link
      – If you do not remember your username please contact your administrator or Web Unlimited

   2. When you log in for the first time, you will have to set a secret question.
       At the main control panel click my profile

     

   3. Choose a question and an answer, and then click update.

    

 

Editing Pages

   1. Once logged in click on Website Management

   

   2. Click on the Web Content Manager Tab

    

   3. Browse to the page you would like to edit, using the gray arrows on the far left
   4. Click on the title of the page you would like to edit.

 

 

Adding Images

   1. Click the Image Icon (mouse over icons to see a description)
      A new window will pop up

  

   2. Click the browse icon- a new window will pop up

  

   3. Click the upload icon- an upload window will open

   

   4. Browse to the image you would like to upload- Note: image names must contain only numbers and letters- no spaces or special characters.
       Upload window will stay open, so you can upload multiple images 

   

   5. Click cancel when finished uploading images.
   6. You will be back at this screen:

  

   7. Click the image you would like to insert- you will then be taken back to this window:
       Click Appearance to see more image options.

  

   8. When satisfied, click insert.

 

Adding a Document
When adding a document, you are basically making a link to that document. When your viewers click that link, the document will open.

   1. Type the text you want to make the link ex- Click here to see Retirement Benefits
   2. Highlight that text
   3. Click the insert file icon

  

   4. Click the upload icon to upload a new file.

   5. Click Browse, browse to the file, and then click upload. (Upload window does not close automatically, you have to click cancel)

   

   6. Click the file you want to add.

 

Links
There are 2 types of links, internal and external

Internal: Internal links are links to other pages within your website.
Ex- making a link from the About Us page to the Contact Us page

   1. Type the text you would like to make a link
   2. Highlight the text
   3. Click the Link Icon

  

   4. Select the drop down arrow next to link list and select the page you would like to link to.
   5. Click Insert

  

 

External: External links are links to pages outside of your website.
Ex- Adding a link to Web Unlimited from your site

   1. Type the text you would like to make a link
   2. Highlight the text
   3. Click the Link Icon

   

   4. Type or paste in the URL of the external site

  

   5. Click Insert
