7/3/23 – Some manual overrides were necessary for July, but we think it’s all resolved now and updated within the payment portal. Please email support at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.

7/1/23 – We still have some invoices that aren’t showing up in the Client Payment Portal. We’re working with their support team to get it resolved as soon as possible. We will continue to post updates here. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.

6/29/23 – We’ve been working this month to migrate all of our accounting software over from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. Unfortunately, with its integration with our ConnectWise PSA system that tracks our tickets and invoicing (aka “Client Support Portal”) and our ConnectBooster online merchant integration system (aka “Client Payment Portal”) and it has not run smoothly. We’ve had ConnectWise for over 20 years and it needed some additional updating make it integrate with the online system. Their professional services team has been working us through the integration process. All of your payment information is still encrypted and stored securely in ConnectBooster which is tied directly into our merchant account, so nothing has changed there.
