Full Time Web Designer Needed

This ISN'T your typical job. If you have web design experience and you want something with a little more freedom than that stuffy-slacks-and-white-shirt-with-tie wearing job out at the mall where you work until 10pm, then we're your company. Our employees have freedoms no other company in town has. Get real world web design experience from the best design firm in town!

1. A Relaxed Dress Code
   Hey our VP of Operations wears shorts and flip flops most days so why should you have to dress up?
2. Ability to Work Remotely
   Some of our employees work remotely with great success. We understand that the workplace sometimes can be a huge distraction, so we allow remoting in (once we're all comfortable with it of course).
3. Friday Lunches
   You can count on us to feed you at least once per week as it is a weekly tradition that we feed all of our employees for lunch on Fridays. We usually get pizza, bbq, or chicken express but have been known to go all out and cook some hamburgers and hotdogs on our grill out back.
4. Free softdrinks and coffee
   We know how much designers need all the caffeine they can get, so the softdrinks are on us!
5. A Real Desk
   Have you ever worked in a 2 foot by 2 foot cubicle? We have, so we all have real desks with at least two monitors for each workstation - and no cubicles.
6. Thanksgiving and Xmas Off
   We want all of our employees to go home for the holidays, so we close down on Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas and New Years!
7. THREE Weeks of Vacation/Sick Time per Year
   Hey it happens to us. Instead of calling in sick and pretending to be sick - just call it a vacation day, ok? We get sick of working too!
8. Ability to gain REAL experience
   We've been in business since 2003 and have designed well over 400 websites - more than any other firm in this area. We're expanding at a rate of 200%. We know what we're doing and will teach you our process!

Here's what we're looking for:

1. Web Design skills
   This goes without saying. We want somebody with some web design experience that isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in HTML and CSS. If you don't know what those mean, please don't even apply. :-)
2. Photoshop skills
   This is another one that goes without saying. We want somebody with knows the difference between layers, channels, and paths and can really make websites look polished and professional!
3. People skills
   We want somebody who can get along with our customers as well as with us. If you are a negative person, please don't even apply. We want somebody with a "can do" attitude that loves what they do!
4. Joomla & Worpress skills
   We want somebody who is familiar with the two most popular content management systems out there! If you know one over another, that's cool, but we would really prefer experience with both.
