What's Our Process?

We've spent several years refining our design process. Follow the steps below to view what you should expect each step of the way.

Step 1 – Client Consultation – up to 2 hours

First, we determine exactly what you want by either meeting with you face-to-face, online via video conference, email, or phone. We ask you several pointed questions and determine your businesses needs.

Step 2 – Design – up to 16 hours

The next step is the design phase. We will design our first mockup of your site based on your responses from the questions we asked you in Step 1 and put it on a private proofing page for your feedback. We will then move onto the second mockup based on the feedback and add it to the proofing page and get your feedback again. We allow three mockups in the Website Pro package. If you need further designs, we will just bill you at our standard rate of $75 per hour.

Step 3 – Working Website – up to 2 hours

Once we have an approved design, we make the HTML that will make your website work. We focus on this stage on making standards compliant HTML and test the code to make sure that it will work in all major browsers and your target screen resolution.

Step 4 – Add your Content – up to 2 hours

Once the site is working and has been approved by you, we add the content to your site. We can work with you at this stage on creating sales copy for your pages that will work with your target audience.

Step 5 – Launch – up to 2 hours

Once the site has content and has been approved for launch, we'll move it to the "live" website and you're ready to start marketing your website?
