Central Truck Sales is a family owned commercial truck dealer in Miami, Fl. CTS has earned a stellar and reliable reputation for providing quality equipment for over the last 45 years. Typically speaking CTS will purchase its equipment from auction firms and larger manufacturers to sell to the retail customer.

Business Situation

CTS was not happy with their current website. In fact the current site was “Not even a factor in our sales”, according to manager John Escobar. The website was not converting or generating any leads, whatsoever. CTS quickly realized that the market was moving towards online marketing and that they would fall behind if they did not create a true web marketing presence.

Technical Situation

Because CTS was a family owned firm, major technical issues were of no real concern. We were able to develop and host the site in our native environments. We simply ensured that the site was co-located and built with redundancy so that it never went down and leads were not lost.

Solution

We performed our in-depth interview and were able to determine the actual problem, situation, and ultimate strategy to overcome major obstacles. We first focused on the website design. We focused on a clean and simplified layout, as that would cater to the target audience most. The design was centered on the user interaction so we could maximize the leads generated from the site. We then integrated the design into Content Management System and a custom listing software, which allowed for easy updates and direct inventory control. The listing software also housed a lead generation form that tracked the specific piece of equipment being requested. After setting up the proper traffic and conversion funnels on the site, we performed organic search engine optimization and marketing. After creating baseline reports and performing extensive market & keyword research, we optimized for the top 10 performing keywords of the industry.

CTS enjoyed a complete and professional marketing strategy. We design the site with a clean look that would appeal to the target audience and would elevate CTS’ professional image. We integrated the design into the Joomla Content Management System with our own custom listing software. Overall CTS received a well performing website and results within 2 months.
